Vaccinations

For your pet’s protection, one of our guest requirements is for our guests to be up to date on their vaccinations. Verifiable written proof of vaccination by a licensed veterinarian is required.  The vaccines required for dogs are Distemper, Hepatitis and Parainfluenza (usually called DHP), Parvo Virus, Bordetella, bivalent Influenza and Rabies.  The vaccines required for cats are Panleukopenia (usually called Distemper), Respiratory viruses, Pneumonitis and Rabies vaccines.

Fleas and Other Freeloaders

For your pet’s protection, we insist that guests be free of fleas and ticks.  All pet will be checked for fleas and ticks.  Pets found to have external parasites will be required to have flea and tick medications and/or a bath at check-in for boarding.  There is a charge for these services.

Clean Up Baths

We highly recommend a bath for any pet staying longer than three days.  If a pet should become soiled while boarding with us we will, of course, give a cleanup bath.  The cost for these baths depends on the breed and hair coat.  if you wish to have an estimate of the cost of clean up baths for your pet please ask our boarding manager.
